I have studied fitness for a total of 6 years, with only recently becoming "educated" to a point of transferring suggestive workout routines, habits, and diet to other people.
I am an aggressive personal trainer, Masseuse, and Life Coach. I come to you! I perform my massages wherever you desire, as long as it is a safe environment. I will train outdoors, gyms, or your home.
I classify myself, the training and massage therapy that i practice, to be above the "new age" style. I say this becasue i have actual pride in what i do! I am Gen X- a driven work ethic. I will not waste either of our time at any point and i am always open to switch up your goals.

For over 10 years have suffered from various injuries, chronic pian, and debilitating conditions. Until 2018, when I started my wellness journey, tired of doctors and the choices they gave me. I focused on Holistic in a very broad spectrum.
I use techniques that focus on all natural ways. My massages have been described as " 20 years of massages never had this deep and good", "a floating feeling", a "next level touch". Those are just SOME of my honest reviews from clients. I use all natural oils and mostly my hands. I do use some tools and i can offer hot stones. I also do spiritual healing- NON "book written", so to say
It is now 2025 and i no longer see a doctor on a regular, I am no longer taking pain meds, I go to the gym on a regular, i have lost a total of 45 pounds and 11 sizes in clothes. I also have avoided 3 surgeries by natural remedies and lowered my fathers A1C over half within 3 months!
